Uareai: redesigning an agency-built site after a $10.3M seed
Redesigned an agency-built website after a $10.3M seed round, so visitors see the product from the first screen.
- Client
- Uareai
- Designed and built by
- Ezzat Abdelrazek
- Built on
- Framer
- What I did
- Website redesign, Brand fit, Lead capture, SEO
- Live site
- uare.ai
The challenge
- Show what Uareai does, from the first screen.
- Add the pages people look for before they sign up.
- Turn more of its visitors into members.
- Look like the company Uareai had become.

What I built
The product, from the first scroll.
The app is on screen straight away, with sections for building, chatting and discovering. People see what they would use instead of reading about it.
The pages that were missing.
I added the pages the old site lacked and carried the brand’s illustrated, human style through every one (the line “Authentic, not Artificial” does a lot of heavy lifting here).
Sign-ups that land in the CRM once.
Every sign-up reaches their CRM a single time, with duplicates merged automatically, signed links and tracking that waits for consent.
Search built in from the start.
Page structure, metadata and structured data went in during the build, so nothing had to be bolted on later.

The result
The new site shows the product, has the pages that were missing and looks like the company Uareai is now. The conversion problems of the old site are fixed and its search visibility improved.
Who built it
I’m Ezzat Abdelrazek, a web designer and developer based in Cairo. I sit on the Awwwards jury, I’m in Toptal’s designer network, and I work on every project myself, from the first call to launch. On Uareai, that meant taking an agency-built site apart and rebuilding it around the product.
