Privacy policy
This is the website of Ezzat Abdelrazek, a web designer and developer. This page explains what the site collects, why, and what you can ask me to do with it. If anything is unclear, email ezzat@ezzatabdelrazek.com.
What I collect
Only what you choose to send through the project enquiry form: your name, work email, company, website if you add one, and your answers about the project (what you need, company size, timing, whether a budget is set aside, the project details and how you heard about me).
The site has no sign-up, no analytics, no advertising and no cookies. Fonts and images are served from this website, not from third parties.
Why I collect it
To read your enquiry, check whether I’m the right fit for the project, and reply to you. I don’t use it for a mailing list, and I don’t sell or share it with anyone.
Where it goes
When you send the form, your answers are emailed to my business inbox (hosted by Namecheap Private Email). The website runs on Vercel, which keeps standard technical logs (such as IP addresses) to run and protect the service.
How long I keep it
I keep enquiry emails for as long as I need them to reply and, if we work together, for the project and its records. If we don’t work together, you can ask me to delete your enquiry at any time.
Your choices
You can ask to see what I hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted. Email ezzat@ezzatabdelrazek.com and I’ll do it.
Changes
If this policy changes, I’ll update this page and the date at the top.
