Bryce Willem: a portfolio that helped a creative director land his next role
Built a portfolio for a creative director between jobs, from his visual direction, with the motion. He landed a new role a couple of months later.

The challenge
- Show his work to the people hiring.
- Show how he thinks, not just what he made.
- Be live while he was applying.

What I built
Thinking first, then the work.
Each project opens with the thinking behind it, so someone hiring sees how he got to the work before they see the work itself.
Built from his own direction.
Working from Bryce’s visual direction, I structured and built the site in Framer.
Motion he singled out.
I designed the motion, the part of the site he mentions in his review.

The result
Bryce landed a new job a couple of months after the site went live.
Who built it
I’m Ezzat Abdelrazek, a web designer and developer based in Cairo. I sit on the Awwwards jury, I’m in Toptal’s designer network, and I work on every project myself, from the first call to launch. On Bryce’s site, that meant building from his visual direction and designing the motion.
“Fantastic motion design, responsive communication, and a final result I'm truly happy with. Would gladly work together again.”
